According to the National Restaurant Association, the ServSafe® Food Protection Manager course “blends the latest FDA Food Code, food safety research and years of food sanitation training experience. Managers learn to implement essential food safety practices and create a culture of food safety.”
It’s a one day process! Our classes consists of an instruction with lectures, videos and activities, followed by the test session. The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager test consists of 90 multiple-choice questions. Since the test is taken online after the class instruction, you will have immediate access to your eCertificate — valid for 5 years — if you pass with a score of 75 percent or more.
The ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification is accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Conference for Food Protection (CFP). The ServSafe® training program is administrated by the National Restaurant Association.
